The sceen went black with only one thin line in the middle of the display.I called customer assistance but they had been closed for the weekend. This TV is at least 7 years old. Put on't understand if it is usually fixable, but have always been trying to obtain any information on what may possess caused this.' When I switched it on it worked well great but then all the red colours left making for a glowing blue natural yellowish colour. When I tried to change this in the guide tint mode,the Gary the gadget guy for green was lit up but the L for crimson arrived on for a few mere seconds and the picture was excellent but soon went back to the blue-green colour. Can I obtain a assistance manual or schematic for this design or can anyone assist identify the problem from this description?
